Vijay, the youngest son of billionaire entrepreneur Rajendran Palanisamy, was disowned for rejecting the family business to start a food delivery startup. Seven years later, Rajendran, diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer, plans to appoint a successor from his elder sons, Jai or Ajay, during his grand 65th birthday celebration. Invited by his mother Sudha, who still considers him family, Vijay returns to find chaos. Jai's infidelity and Ajay's financial troubles unfold, driving the brothers to sabotage each other.

Amidst the turmoil, Vijay encounters Divya, Aarthi's sister, and they develop a deep connection. As family secrets unravel during Rajendran's celebration, the brothers' betrayals lead to Aarthi filing for divorce and business losses. Realizing his elder sons are unfit, Rajendran turns to Vijay, initially hesitant but ultimately agreeing due to his father's terminal illness.

Facing opposition from Jai and Ajay, Vijay navigates challenges to take charge of the family empire. After rescuing Ria from traffickers, the brothers unite to thwart Ajay's misguided actions. With the family reunited, they share a joyful meal. As Rajendran passes away, the brothers perform his funeral together, symbolizing a new beginning in Varanasi.
